The good, the bad, the ugly…when motor vehicles and bicycles melee

The good:  There are fewer “More than 1,500 people were injured in bicycle crashes statewide last year, down from about 1,900 in 2012, according to Ohio Department of Public Safety data. “

The bad: Cyclists are getting hurt by distracted drives and there are more distracted drivers than ever before.  Read the Dispatch’s take on this here

The ugly: “…when crashes do occur they get more attention…”  More attention can present an opportunity to call for the changes necessary to put less hazard in riding a bicycle.
