A racing, commuting and everything-in-between cyclist, Jim rides because he is a better man on a bike. Jim is President of Coleman Group Consulting, a marketing and fundraising consulting firm in Columbus. He currently writes and publishes the blog The Wheels of Change to promote alternative transportation and highlight cyclists’ amazing accomplishments, in addition to serving as the Columbus Art Festival’s Transportation Chair, the Earth Day Bike Chair and a Pedal Instead volunteer. In 2011, Jim organized “2wheels for 2k meals”, a campaign to raise money for the Mid-Ohio Foodbank; the 1st Annual Record Store Day Ride; a PBR ride with the Columbus Food League and Central Ohio Car Free Day. He is also a board member for the Athletic Club of Columbus, Shadowboxlive and Joan’s Foundation (supporting research at the James Cancer Center).
