I learned to ride in Chicago in the 70′s—sans sharrows, bike lanes or paths—I’ve been bicycling for fun, transportation and utility all my life. I am an Administrator with Franklin County Children Services and have enjoyed a long career as a child welfare social worker and advocate. I’ve managed rental and condominium property for 20 years, serving on several condominium association boards. I am a Cycling Instructor with the League of American Bicyclists and a member of Ohio Bicycle Federation, Rails to Trails, and the Adventure Cycling Association. I volunteer parking bikes with Pedal Instead and have been a member of the Bike to Work Challenge planning team for several years.
